"With pen and sword" The ISA is in-charge of dealing with internal regulations. Their duty is to conduct investigations on MDGF personnel believed to have violated a regulation, treaty, or other violation. They are responsible for upholding the law and acting as a police force among their peers. As well as convicting them to the appropriate sentence.
