---Republic of Aurilian--- 1949: Aurilian and North Nuvia founded the republic August 1, 1950: The First Civil War broke out in the Republic of Aurilian. General Brolly launched the civil war out of discontent with the contemporary leadership. One year later, General Brolly was assassinated. The rebel troops fell into chaos and surrendered to government forces shortly afterwards, bringing the First Civil War of the Republic of Aurilian to an end. August 23, 1961: The republican fleet discovered an island named Crostia, which was already inhabited by an established nation. Aurilian promptly declared war on it. April 16, 1963: A coup unfolded in the Republic of Vildia. Aurilian suspended its offensive and took a wait‑and‑see stance. August 18, 1967: The Republic of Vildia was rebranded as the East Vildian Social‑Republic and declared war upon the Republic of Aurilian. The war dragged on and continued unabated as of 1982.
