The Cogwork Orthodox Church is a traditionalist sect devoted to Mekhane, the Broken God, venerating industrialization and machinery as sacred gifts. Originating during the First Industrial Revolution, its followers undergo Standardization, the ritual replacement of flesh with brass, cogs, and steam-powered components to attain mechanical purity. It is generally regarded as the most spiritual sect.
