Description

State of New Andover, Cresnia. The State of New Andover is one of the smallest states in Cresnia. Consisting of only six counties, the region is lined along the coasts of the Cepterlin Sea, seen to be majorly involved in trade. Though small in size, the region has been able to amass a wealthy income, permitting it to improve on its current settlements, and open new ventures within the state.
