As authority was rebuilt across unstable zones, its personnel inspected departments, documented violations, and corrected failures that threatened operational unity. Through regulation, investigation, and controlled enforcement, the DRE ensures Z.E.R.O’s authority remains lawful, disciplined, and unquestioned.
