The Homeland of Anomalous Defense, (HoAD) is a CIA based department that attempts to gather information on the Nova Corporation. The Homeland of Anomalous Defense's primary goal is to locate, and neutralize anomalous threats. Currently no hostile action is being taken against the Nova Corporation, however this neutrality is subject to change.
