Description

The Imperial Army (also referred to as Imperial ground forces) was the primary land-based branch of the Galactic Empire's military, responsible for maintaining order, enforcing the New Order, and occupying worlds across the galaxy. Formed from the remnants of the Grand Army of the Republic after the Clone Wars, it transitioned from a clone-based force to one composed of human recruits and conscripts, serving in tandem with the Imperial Navy.
