Description

Examination reveals severe redness and swelling surrounding the left eye, with increased vascular activity visible beneath the skin. The right eye has undergone significant decomposition, with surrounding tissue separating and exposing portions of the orbital area. The right side of the skull appears partially caved in and heavily decomposed, yet still retains measurable neural activity. Discoloration continues across the face, accompanied by progressive tissue breakdown, abnormal pigmentation, and structural deterioration. The subject has displayed intense hostility toward research staff during examination. As a precaution, a reinforced facial restraint has been fitted to limit biting and sudden movement while maintaining sufficient airflow to preserve respiratory function.
