Hoice–NASA Staunton Aerospace Complex

By day, HNSAC functions as a standard 1990s aerospace research and launch facility — NASA jets lifting off, scientists testing rocket stages, and visitors touring the observation tower. By night, however, select laboratories transition into “Phase-2 Operations,” when Hoice personnel begin classified energy-field and quantum-data experiments under NASA blackout protocols. These experiments — tied to Project VANTAGE and Project HORIZON — are rumored to test the boundaries of propulsion, time, and spatial compression. After a 1997 containment anomaly, portions of the site were quietly sealed off, but the rest of the complex continued operating under restricted conditions.
