Founded in the 1980s, Hoice Industries became one of NASA’s key private research collaborators throughout the 1990s. Specializing in experimental energy, AI, and advanced propulsion systems, the company pushed science beyond its limits. Following a classified 1997 incident, most facilities were sealed — yet some say the research never ended.
