The Sacred Grounds of Rulan was a location inhabited by the Cult of Rulan, it is believed that this is where Rulan crash landed during the intergalactic construction of Earth. Rulan slumbered for billions of years, until the first humans uncovered what seemed to be a large caved in hole, this is where Rulan slumbered. And ever since then, Rulan had gained his supporters, and showed them his ways.
