Cult of Rulan Founded: 10/12/2020 ========================================== Bio: The Cult of Rulan was a group of people who worshipped the celestial of vengeance, Rulan. The members would follow his example and only use their actions for justice. The members wore red and white cloaks, with full red robes underneath. Most members who were fully embracing the act of justice/vengeance would be granted a new form.
