| this province is the smallest of the 9 Shrimpilian Provinces, claimed by the empire after they successfully executed an imperial takeover of a large plot of land previously possessed by the empire's mortal enemy, the country of Sea Turtle. this is the smallest of all of the provinces in the Shrimpilian Empire, which is probably why nobody cares about it and it has yet to be assigned a governor.
