1882 THE STATE OF COLORADO, UNITED STATES Historical Western After the conclusion of the American Civil War in 1865, Americans found themselves in a great economic unrest. This fueled the westward expansion and the belief of 'manifest destiny'. "Big Mountain Country" is one such region created by those seeking fortune out westward. Situated in a valley surrounded by high mountains, the region is notorious for its many mines which surround it. Make the journey to the west, find your fortune and manifest your destiny.
