The CAT Platoon predates the more well-known squads of SRT Special Academy and has a storied history deeply intertwined with the foundation of the academy itself. Established long before SRT became the elite force it is known as, CAT Platoon served as the bedrock of the academy’s combat doctrine, specializing in mass infantry tactics and large-scale personnel mobilization. Unlike the smaller, more specialized fireteams such as FENNEC and WOLF, CAT Platoon embraces overwhelming numbers and coordination, excelling in tactical versatility through sheer manpower. Where others rely on precision, CAT embodies the doctrine of overwhelming force.
