PROTOCOL ORION | PENTAGRAM SPEAR ---------------------------------- Special Projects, Experimental, Anomaly Recovery (known as "SPEAR") is one of the most important of PENTAGRAM's special forces units, inheriting the structure and training of the Navy's SEAL program. Since the Nightfall Event, SPEAR have grown to consist of dozens of 7-man specialist teams, each with its own focus and purpose. They usually avoid Shadows when possible, instead conducting high-risk operations behind enemy lines and eliminating powerful threats to the United States. N-ARC has three SPEAR teams attached to it. Although most human groups throughout Canada have cooperated with PENTAGRAM, some have not- and SPEAR was instrumental in taking them down. The most recent group is the SCP Foundation, and all three teams have been deployed to take them down.
