The Rocode consortium is owned in by Alstom Group. Rocode was born in 2020 (de iure) from a fusion due to the bankrupt of the financial Robloxian group "Italian People's Bank" and the collapse of the developers company "Robloxian Market". A last attempt of a reborn of the companies was launched by IuliusNepos with the help of Finmeccanica, thus creating the Robloxian Consortium of Developers.
