Description
/|| Life Guards ||\ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬♔▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Life Guards are one of the two regiments of the Household Cavalry and the most senior regiment in the entire British Army. Formed in the 1660s, they serve with distinction in both ceremonial and operational roles. On ceremonial duty, the Life Guards are instantly recognisable by their striking scarlet tunics, white plumed helmets, and highly polished silver cuirasses. They are often seen performing mounted guard duties at Horse Guards Parade, as well as participating in royal escorts and national parades. On the battlefield, Life Guards soldiers serve in the Household Cavalry Regiment, trained as armoured reconnaissance troops, equipped with advanced vehicles and battlefield tactics. With a legacy of loyalty and excellence, the Life Guards uphold centuries of tradition while embodying the modern warrior ethos of the British Army. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬♔▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
