Description
The Office of the Advisor (OOA) was founded by the Advisor as a hub for all those who work under him. Although seen mainly as a civil office working in simple administration under TOEC, OOA also have another purpose that is less known; they work directly under the Advisor to keep a balance of authority in TOEC, making sure no power rises too high and that TOEC keeps its original goal.
