Description
Known as the "Enforcers," the Second Echelon functions as the main disciplinary body of TOEC, ensuring adherence to TOEC regulations and distributing punishments to violators. Additionally, they are tasked with rooting out and eliminating corruption within the higher echelons of the organization. Each Enforcer, at a minimum, possesses the rank of Special Agent within TOEC, granting them the power to promptly issue warnings and penalties to those who match or are below their level. Although joining the ranks of the Second Echelon might invite scorn and ridicule from other TOEC personnel, it demands resilience, impartiality in decision-making, and unwavering commitment to duty from its members.
