Description

This is not RP this is a real union. The RWR exists as a hub for any ROBLOX users to join and voice demands and rights to compromise and petition the corporation. ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Compared to other game platforms like Steam and Microsoft, where those companies take roughly 12-30% of earnings, ROBLOX exploits its developers almost 80% of earnings. Workers drive the value of this website, and yet it is clear that they are not being rewarded for it. They say "make anything, reach millions of players, earn serious cash" idealizing users when the reality is hardly 5% of the 20 million experiences of already successful developers being showcased on the game pages. According to published records, for every $1 ROBLOX earns in bookings, developers only earn 17 cents, compare to $7k salaries on Steam. The connection between ROBLOX and its workers is reminiscent of the illegal practices of "scrip" with mining companies, only legal in the digital realm where child labor exploitation is so far acceptable.
