The Realm Ministry of Propaganda is responsible for keeping faith in the citizens of the realm and making sure they are loyal and high on morale. The leafs of the flag represent how the Realm Ministry of Propaganda sustains the rest of the realm through it's means to keep it lively and healthy, just like how a leaf sustains the rest of its flower and keep said flower lively and healthy. [BRANCH] The Ministry of Propaganda is responsible for creating propaganda pictures for the realm. They are also responsible for creating weakly newspapers/ newsletters to increase moral & activity.
