Once a member of staff has been accused of breaking the rules and regulations of the Global Humanitarian Organization, both parties (the accused and the prosecution) are provided with a lawyer and are forced to appear in court. From there, a Judge will review the case and determine whether or not the accused is liable for any corporate misconduct.
