The Replica Programme (Программа Разработки Реплик, short for PRR, or RDP in english) is an innovative technology programme under the Ministry Of Labour (Mintrud). It is responsible for the development and production of Replica units. Replicas are serially produced based on the needs and requests of URSA state departments. The PRR was started in 2086.
