Description

The DPK (ДПК - Департамент Повышения Квалификации) is a joint project between the Minvuz (Ministry of Higher Education) and the evergrowing Mintrud (Ministry of Labour) intended for developing the procedures, standards, etc. and executing of programs of advanced vocational training. The department is used for the vocational training of civilian employees and security, defence and law enforcement agencies alike. Due to the specifics of the group, gameplay-wise it's mostly the latter.
