[𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍] The Officer Candidate School, OCS — also known as Officer Training School (OTS) in the Air Force, or the Marine Corps Platoon Leaders Course (PLC) in the United States Marine Corps — prepares recruits for the challenges of officer life, from managing others to understanding military culture and law. [𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐔𝐒] As an Drill Instructor your responsible for: Instructing and assisting in training basic combat tasks to recruits. Training recruits in the fundamentals of service life and the development in the recruit of discipline, physical fitness, pride, and love of the Marine Corps and country. Training recruits in close order drill. [𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒] The requirements to join OCS is to be Ranked [E3] & submit an OCS Application. [𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐓𝐎] Lead by example.
