[NETC] Naval Education and Training Command "Fleet Readiness Starts Here" ORGANIZATION: In Processing: Reserved for the future trainers of NETC to train and qualify to go to their respective operational unit Center for Service Support (CSS): Recruits and retains capable Sailors into the force Naval Leadership and Ethics Center (NLEC): Trains Sailors in basic tasks such as drill, ceremony, basic combat, USM history, and USN fundamentals Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training, (CNATT): Trains Sailors in the fundamentals of fixed wing flight on all necessary platforms Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS): Trains Sailors in tasks associated with advanced TPS and FPS combat, to include raids NETC Professional Development Center (NETPDC): Senior trainers of NETC in charge of the quality control, planning, and management of all NETC related training activities
