Ottawa Municipal Services (OMS) is the unified organizational body responsible for coordinating the city’s core emergency and protective services, including the Ottawa Police Service, Ottawa Fire Services, and Ottawa Paramedic Service. Our mission is to support public safety, emergency preparedness, and municipal resilience through a collaborative approach to frontline response.
