Description
Following several malicious attacks on the People of Emerald by looters, the State Militia (now known as the Emerald National Guard) was created to defend the liberties and freedoms inherent of every Citizen. The National Guard is commanded by the Governor, who in turn appoints a Major General to oversee the standards and battle readiness of the National Guard in civil disobedience or rioting or foreign/domestic threats to the State. Conscription is illegal and not enforced. You MUST have Citizenship in the State of Emerald to join this group.
