𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗜𝗦 : Marеlе Stat Major was the pinnacle of the military command structure of the Armed Forces of the Socialist Republic of Romania during the Cold War period. It played a crucial role in the direction and management of the country's defense and security. It was responsible for the command, control, and coordination of all branches of the military, including the Ground Forces, the Air Force, and the Navy. It was composed of high-ranking military leaders, such as the Minister of Defense, the Chief of the General Staff, and the commanders of the various branches of the military. It was responsible for the overall strategic planning, operational planning, logistics, intelligence, and communication of the Armed Forces, and had the authority to direct military operations in times of peace, crisis, and war.
