Description

The organization of the military police of the Serbian Army consists of organs and units of the military police. Military police bodies are located in the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, the commands and units of the Serbian Armed Forces. They perform military police and general security tasks within their jurisdiction. Military police units are intended to perform executive tasks of the military police and general security tasks. In the Directorate of the Military Police of the General Staff of the Army of Serbia, the Land Army and the Guard, the military police units are of the battalion level, with different purposes and organizational-formational structures. Military police platoons were formed in the Training Command and the Air Force and Air Defense Command.
