Description
“Send in the next wave.” The Red Wave is now a disciplined underground resistance operating within and beneath Combine-controlled Japan. What began as a multinational workers’ union has hardened into an insurgent network composed of former Chinese PLA personnel, stranded Russian troops, and remnants of the Japan Self-Defense Forces. By using old industrial tunnels, dockyard infrastructure, and disaster bunkers built long before the Seven Hour War, they monitor Combine logistics, sabotage key shipments, and quietly move people and supplies through the shadows of the Japan.
