O Poder Judiciário helenense é estruturado em instâncias progressivas. No topo, a Suprema Corte de Justiça exerce o controle de constitucionalidade e julga recursos de última instância. Abaixo, atuam as Cortes de Apelação, de dois tipos: a Corte Nacional de Apelação, responsável por crimes de âmbito federal, e as Cortes Estaduais de Apelação, que tratam de litígios regionais. Na base estão os Tribunais, divididos em Tribunal de Justiça (competência estadual) e Tribunal Nacional (competência federal), além dos juízes de direito em primeira instância. O sistema garante independência e acesso à justiça em todos os níveis, conciliando unidade nacional e autonomia provincial.
