Established January 29, 2022 Revived under Directive "Wild Card" on January 22, 2022 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The use of surgical strikes and infiltration tactics to undermine an enemy is the warfare-equivalent of thinking smarter rather than harder, the High Rollers of Icarus-23 take their namesake very seriously in this regard by making risky maneuvers to deal crippling blows to opposing forces of the Insurgency. While most of Icarus-23’s duties remain intentionally vague, what is explained to the public is that the Unit performs most of its operations behind enemy lines to sabotage and/or seize assets.
