Description
"Always Ready, Always There" Tracing its lineage to the first volunteer militias established in Santa Modesta shortly after achieving statehood in the 1850s, the Santa Modesta Army National Guard was eventually formed with the passing of the Militia Act of 1903, when comprised as an element of the Santa Modesta National Guard. The Guard is trained and equipped as apart of the US Army, activated and commanded by the Governor of Santa Modesta in times of civil disobedience, or deployment against foreign threats to the state.
