Description
The 13th Fleet was formed early in the Crusade. Notably, at its formation, it included a complement of roughly 8,000 Space Marines of the XII Legion (then known as the "War Hounds"); indeed the 13th featured the largest XII Legion detachment active at that point. Later in the Crusade, the majority of the War Hounds Legion were collected under the 13th Fleet, along with a number of other units that had gained unwholesome reputations as a result of their conduct in battle
