Description
"Taskforce Black Horizon" is a National Combat Support Activity (NCSA). NCSA is a CIA-directed, black-budget center for America's and NATO's most sensitive missions, despite being publicly portrayed as a small interagency "combat support" office. NCSA covertly directs, supplies, and deploys its own Tier-level paramilitary forces and permits deniable operations across the globe under the guise of intelligence and logistics support. Insiders refer to the Activity as Taskforce Black Horizon, and it is the intersection of state-level clandestine warfare, special operations, and covert intelligence. With funding from classified appropriations and private cut-outs, it can spin up or disband entire covert elements at will, and its personnel are drawn from the most prestigious branches of JSOC, CIA SAD/SOG, and allied SOF.
