Arnavutluk Alayı, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun son dönemlerinde, özellikle II. Meşrutiyet döneminde, Arnavutlardan oluşan ve Osmanlı ordusunda yer alan askeri birliklerdir. Arnavut askerler, Osmanlı ordusunda önemli bir rol oynamış ve sadakatleriyle bilinirlerdi. Ancak Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun zayıflaması ve Balkan Savaşları sırasında Arnavutluk'un bağımsızlık mücadelesiyle birlikte, bu birlikler de dağılmıştır. Arnavutluk Alayı, Osmanlı'nın çok uluslu yapısının bir parçası olarak, Arnavut halkının askeri katkısını simgeler.
