Description
Harekat ordusu, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminde II. Meşrutiyet'in ilanından sonra 31 Mart Vakası'nı bastırmak amacıyla oluşturulan askeri birliktir. 1909'da İstanbul'a gelerek isyanı bastırmış ve düzeni sağlamıştır. Harekat Ordusu'nun komutanlığını Mahmut Şevket Paşa yapmış ve orduda Mustafa Kemal Atatürk de yer almıştır. Bu olay, İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin güç kazanmasına ve padişah II. Abdülhamid'in tahttan indirilmesine neden olmuştur.
