Mobile Riverine Force 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐎𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐭 ═───────────═ The Mobile Riverine Force was a joint Navy-Army unit established to patrol and control the waterways of the Mekong Delta. Operating from floating bases aboard converted LSTs, the MRF used heavily armed riverine craft to transport infantry units, provide fire support, and enforce security in regions inaccessible by road. These “Brown Water Navy” forces turned Vietnam’s rivers into battlefields, providing mobile assault and rapid reaction capability against the Viet Cong. ═───────────═ Requirement: Serve in Navy or Army and be assigned to the Mekong operations command
