Once a progression of interests, prestige, and court victory he or she may progress to higher positions as Lay Magistrates, Justices of the High Court, Lord Justices of Appeal, or the Lords of Appeal in Ordinary. Such an achievement would require a recommendation from the Minister of Justice or the Lord High Chancellor, and consent from the King.
