They play a crucial role in deliveries of different provisions and supplies to Anvil sites as well as the movement of anomaly class objects to and from SCP Foundation locations. The E&TS of Anvil manages all telecommunications services in the Black Forest region of Germany, ensuring that communications between Foundation Personnel are secure and that no anomalous activities reach the regional census.
