Description
83. бригада морской пехоты Soviet Naval Infantry The "Black Death" Oct. 1942 Formed in August 1942 at Novorossiysk from the depleted 16th, 144th and 305th Naval Infantry Battalions. Notable engagements include Novorossiysk, the Crimean peninsula, and the Danube offensive. By April 1945, the unit ended the war riding tanks into Prague. Non-political; just an excuse for Naval Infantry Drip.
