It seeks to enforce a secretive side of our beloved Foundation. Its primary goals are to also enforce safety from hostile attacks on the outside as much as the inside. It will often look out for traitors and potential spies. We will not allow traitors within our ranks. "You heard about those suit guys? They were in the FP offices not too long ago and they started to mess with out things! They also started to accuse some of us and brought them somewhere.. I never saw those poor souls again.
