"Command & Control" ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ What exactly is the Overwatch Command? The recently established Overwatch Command (OC) branch, headed by the Overseer Council, was created specifically for command and control, overseeing daily operations within ARC. Officers, administrative staff, facility and site directors, an ethics committee, and recordkeeping services make up the majority of the Overwatch Command. In essence, this is ARC's administrative division. They manage ARC facilities and moderate them. Additionally, they serve as a backbone for internal security, which regulates internal affairs. Expectations? Possesses outstanding leadership skills, is disciplined, and is knowledgeable about all rules, guidelines, and procedures. Requirements? Display outstanding leadership skills, maturity, discipline, authority, Junior Vanguard+ status, and a high level of activity.
