Description

C:// The N.S.E.C., or Nexus Stabilization and Enforcement Control is a specialized division of the Nexus Core composed of highly trained Agents from the NC[R]. Its personnel are entrusted with maintaining order, safety, and protecting Nexus interests across the Nevadean lands. Every Agent is expected to uphold the authority of our Director and perform their duties , regardless of the circumstances.// C:// The N.S.E.C. was not built and formed because of the lack of fighting capabilities of the Nexus Core, but in order to meet the increasing demand for security, stabilization, and order. In the Nevadean territories, hostile groups still pose a threat to the stability of our society by taking advantage of disorder and putting Nevadean lives at risk for their own personal benefit.// Cl// All hostile groups compromising the safety of Nevada must be identified and reported. The N.S.E.C. will eliminate these threats and then restore order under Nexus Authority.//

2 measurements spanning 36 days, net +1. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 9–10 and does not start at zero.
