They were housed and trained in academies on two imperial controlled worlds named Korriban and Dromund Kaas, with the latter also housing its headquarters in the Imperial Citadel's Sith Sanctum. They were governed by a group of Force-Sensitive Sith Lords called the Dark Council, who controlled every move and every action that the Sith Order and the Sith Empire alike would take.
