[HL:W] : Occupational Conscript Corps. #671006083

Description
Traitors of humanity first and foremost, they care not about how you look at them. Remnants of what was the conscript corps, they hate their rebellious counterpart and have a thirst for blood. Besides this, they will typically be found near checkpoints, pulling security duty. The premier military arm of the CCA, and not to be doubted.
