Description
The "Secret Night Special Service Bureau" was established under the background of the growing threat of modern asymmetric war. Different from the general special forces (such as the Special Operations Command), the Bureau is a "bureau-level" special organization set up by the Army Command to deal with extreme counter-terrorism, high-value target hunting (HVT) and strategic facility protection. Its members are not called "players" but "Service Officer".
