Southern America Government #8787590
Description
MODUS, after years of extensive research with the help with a make-shift Think Tank, came up with the conclusion; The only way the United States will ever have law and order again will to be recreate the United States Government in its entirety, not just to create a one-man dictatorship. We needed democracy. Thus, MODUS announced the creation of the new United States Government to the remaining enclave members inside the bunker. Now, they restore America. Or die trying.
